Thelma Baker has been an oncology-certified nurse for more than 20 years. She has experience in both the inpatient and outpatient settings and spent 14 years at the bedside before advancing in leadership roles. She currently is the Director for Infusion Services, Medical Oncology, and Cancer Navigation for Renown Institute for Cancer in Reno, NV. She is an active ONS member at both the local and national level and is currently the Coordinator for the Nurse Leaders and Program Development Special Interest Group. Thelma is an advocate for team building and evidence-based practice.
