If compassion fatigue is a concern for you or your practice, get the tools to fix it. This group and panel discussion will share successful programs in academic and community settings that have shored up nursing resilience, increased job satisfaction, and decreased compassion fatigue and job turnover rates. You’ll receive new resources for assessing compassion fatigue, implementing nursing interventions, and measuring outcomes. Speakers will also address compassion fatigue as it relates to acute and chronic illnesses, end-of-life issues, and bereavement.
